About the role
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business challenges
- Evaluate communications strategies and make recommendations on ways to improve

Requirements
- Open to all business majors; emphasis in Organizational Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Finance or Consulting desired (open to undergraduate and master’s candidates)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite including PowerBI
- Project Management experience using Asana and Smartsheet
- Business case analysis
- Experience developing communication plans
- Confident in conducting financial analysis including reporting/summation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized and able to prioritize
- Adaptable and quick learner able to hold oneself accountable to tasks
- Demonstrated success in a cross-functional environment
- High energy/enthusiastic candidates who possess a proactive and driven personality, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving goals and surpassing expectations
- Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity
- Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
