Oversee the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and performance delivery.
Monitor pacing, budgets, and KPIs, implementing optimizations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present actionable insights and optimization recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Contribute to test-and-learn roadmaps, including ad copy tests, keyword expansions, and feature adoption.
Supervise and mentor Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates, ensuring flawless campaign execution and professional development.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for client teams, delivering performance updates and campaign recommendations with confidence.
Work with Associate Directors and other channel teams (Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO) to ensure search programs are integrated into broader media strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, SA360, or equivalent).
At least 1 year of experience mentoring or directly managing junior team members.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, performance reporting).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
