Customer Success Manager

• The Customer Success Manager is responsible for leading the entire customer journey from the moment a new customer comes on board.
• This entails the critical on-boarding process (training, implementation oversight), through the maintenance phase and relationship building (cadence calls, EBRs, value realization, support escalation), to renewal and upsell.
• The Customer Relationship – you will be the first person the customer will think of to call.
• Cadence calls – once a customer is onboarded, we need to keep in regular contact with daily users to make sure desired outcomes are being met and adoption is appropriate.
• Customer experience – you understand the importance of the overall experience of the customer with our products and services and actively coordinate our efforts to assure the best possible experience for the customer stakeholders.
• Renewal – customer success is ultimately responsible for the renewal. If you’re doing the job accurately, the renewal should never be in question. You’ll open the renewal conversation and route it appropriately.
• Upsell – identifying customer buying signs and recognizing when a customer needs to buy additional licenses or products. You will hand those opportunities to the sales team to close.

Controller

• Lead and own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely global reporting under US GAAP.
• Oversee and approve account reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation adjustments, and accounting schedules prepared by the team.
• Manage global consolidations across multiple international entities, including intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Prepare and review higher‑level corporate journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and management reporting support.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Procurement to ensure completeness and accuracy across all subledgers.
• Lead external audit and tax processes, including preparation of support and direct engagement with auditors and tax advisors.
• Maintain, strengthen, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls across all entities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve efficiency within the close cycle.
• Mentor, coach, and develop accounting team members, supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with global department leaders to support initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Execute on special projects, including system implementations, integration of new entities, and financial readiness for PE‑backed scaling requirements.

Financial Controller

Account Manager

• Own the Sales Cycle: Lead the sales process from initial prospecting to successful deal closure, leveraging a consultative approach to match Digital.ai’s solutions to the unique needs of each customer.
• Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence within existing accounts, identifying and capturing new business opportunities. Create a long-term vision for your customer accounts and be able to map a comprehensive plan to realize this goal.
• Engage Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and IT decision-makers to position Digital.ai as a strategic partner in their digital transformation.
• Deliver Excellence: Lead product demos, create tailored presentations, and design customized solutions that resonate with prospects. Ensure that every interaction exemplifies a world-class sales experience.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (product, customer success, marketing) to align on client goals, ensure seamless execution, and maximize client satisfaction. Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful post-sale adoption and value realization.
• Maintain a Healthy Pipeline: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of leads, track progress, and forecast accurately in Salesforce, ensuring consistent growth and goal attainment.
• Stay Agile and Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, and Digital.ai’s evolving product suite to ensure you’re always a step ahead of the competition.
