Deeply understand the Digify product, its users, competitors, and market dynamics.
Build and execute the growth strategy across the funnel, from awareness to expansion, in a B2B SaaS context.
Pair growth tactics with product marketing fundamentals. Define ICPs, refine positioning and messaging, and translate insights into campaigns and assets.
Plan, run, and optimize multi-channel programs. Examples include website and SEO, paid search and social, email and lifecycle, content and webinars, partnerships, and referral loops.
Engage customers and prospects where they already spend time online, for example LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Slack communities, and industry forums. Listen and participate, test narratives, promote Digify in-channel, and feed insights back into messaging, campaigns, and product.
Set up clear test plans. Form hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure impact, and scale what works.
Use AI to accelerate work. Research competitors and customers, generate and refine content, summarize qualitative data, and analyze results with LLMs and related tools.
Identify and develop marketing partnerships. Build co-marketing campaigns, referral loops, and distribution opportunities.
Partner with Sales on outbound and pipeline acceleration. Build and optimize sequences, content, and routing.
Partner with Customer Success on customer marketing. Drive reviews, referrals, case studies, advocacy, and expansion plays.
Own core metrics and reporting. Track conversion rates, CAC and payback, MQL to SQL to pipeline, activation, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
More than 3 years in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of delivering measurable growth, preferably 5 years or more.
Hands-on experience running experiments and campaigns across multiple channels.
Product marketing bias. You are comfortable with customer research, positioning, messaging, and enablement.
Experience with community engagement and social listening, or a clear inclination to learn and do this well.
Experience exploring and executing marketing partnerships, or ability to creatively identify and test new growth channels.
Strong understanding and experience of using AI capabilities for marketing lead generation and revenue growth.
Ability to both plan and implement these AI strategies, and track KPIs to continually optimize results.
Analytical approach and proficiency with marketing analytics and dashboards.
Near-native or native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel to Singapore on occasion if working remotely.
