About the role
- Work directly with leading companies across industries to shape go-to-market approaches and design impactful campaigns
- Support and deliver client projects including marketing and sales efficiency initiatives, campaign audits, and optimization programs
- Research, design, and refine GTM strategies tailored to industries, markets, and client challenges
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and assess client marketing maturity to identify improvement areas
- Evaluate existing campaigns, define KPIs, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI
- Prepare workshops, reports, and actionable playbooks guiding clients in their marketing efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes with clients
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of professional experience in marketing consultancy, agency work, or B2B strategy roles
- Strong track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and campaign optimization
- Confident in front of senior stakeholders and able to guide from concept to execution
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, go-to-market planning, and content strategy
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital campaign tools
- Solid project management abilities and comfort handling multiple client engagements
- Fluent in German and English
- Familiarity with the German and wider European B2B landscape
