About the role
- Create a hassle-free shopping experience through customer service and product knowledge
- Support team across all departments and contribute to store culture
- Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment and recovery processes
- Execute pricing and signing to meet presentation standards
- Promote company programs including customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
- Adhere to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and applicable laws (including Federal ATF)
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Golf industry experience preferred
- Eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize
- Adherence to safety policies and procedures
