About the role
- Distributing and collecting essential talent, performance, and compensation data
- Cross-referencing and reconciling business-specific HR data
- Assisting HRBPs with drafting communications to managers and employees
- Guiding HRBPs and managers on transfers and internal movements
- Managing positions and collaborating with Compensation and TA on salary ranges
- Generating reports and insights for HRBPs
- Supporting HRBPs with presentations for various forums
- Ensuring accuracy in organizational charts and position management data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR systems; Workday experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Hybrid working arrangements
- On-site work from Insulet office
