Serve as main point of contact for leadership on performance management, employee development, succession planning, talent management, and employee relations for North America employees
Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail roles, including job postings, sourcing, compensation benchmarking, interviews, job offers, and onboarding
Advise and support managers on strategic workforce planning, organizational and team development, and change management processes
Support employees throughout the entire lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding; ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience
Maintain and manage all personnel data in HRIS and UKG systems
Oversee end-to-end benefits administration, including onboarding, open enrollment, and offboarding
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
Proactively support and manage payroll processes
Collaborate closely with EMEA HR team based in Germany headquarters
Foster a positive office culture, manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, and manage the HR and office budget
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management or business partnering roles
Professional HR certification preferred (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration
Experience managing or mentoring team partners (role will have one direct report)
Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and regulations (multi-state experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High emotional intelligence and attention to detail
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Familiarity with UKG and SuccessFactors a plus
Ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures
