About the role

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO’s direct reports (SVP of Global Manufacturing and VP of Global EHS).
  • Drive global talent strategies in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and provide strategic counsel to leadership.
  • Diagnose gaps between current and desired organizational performance and implement targeted actions in organizational effectiveness, design, talent management, succession, employee development, executive coaching, and employee relations.
  • Provide hands-on strategic guidance for change management and people-related issues, including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and HR initiatives.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador across APAC, EMEIA, and the Americas, navigating regional nuances and building cross-functional alignment within a matrixed organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on executive storytelling, including presentation development for board-level communications.
  • Partner with Talent and Business Partner teams to evolve and embed talent strategies that enable diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Participate in company-wide HR programs and initiatives (Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning).
  • Contribute to the ongoing HR transformation and help shape the future state of the function.
  • Support acquisitions and growth initiatives and influence the evolution of the global operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-billion dollar, global industrial manufacturing organizations.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a large, heavily matrixed, multinational company with an employee base of 10,000+.
  • 5+ years of global experience working across multiple countries.
  • Extensive global partnership experience across APAC, EMEIA, and the Americas, including on-the-ground cultural immersion and travel-based assignments.
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation and global strategic initiatives with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience managing change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to make independent decisions.
  • Experience partnering with and coaching executive leaders and supporting executive-level communications and presentation development.
  • Willingness to travel ~10%.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States; employer will not sponsor work visas at this time.
  • Candidate must be within commutable driving distance to Andover, MA (Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite).
