• Source electrical, mechanical and optics materials globally

Manager

• Develop, manage, and lead Facility projects collaborating with stakeholders to understand local and corporate strategies
• Lead the development of construction and facilities project budgets, including cost estimation for materials, labor, equipment, and contingency planning
• Monitor and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) budgets throughout the project lifecycle

• Drive and lead Vacuum Product’s test automation. • Generate, develop and execute Reliability Plan for each project. • Embedded with engineering team and provide daily reliability support for associated projects; perform reliability tasks per Reliability Plan. • Responsible for leading and performing the product qualification-testing, including Functional testing, Reliability and Durability testing (HALT, life test, etc.). • Work with the team member to drive and/or perform various reliability analysis – e.g. reliability predictions (modeled and field), reliability allocation, Design FME(C)A, Weibull, Warranty analysis, etc. • Work with other team members to develop and build reliability test stands and fixtures. • Provide technical support to improve the existing reliability and life test stands/fixtures and equipment. • Perform root-cause analysis for product failures. • Perform product reliability design reviews.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO’s direct reports (SVP of Global Manufacturing and VP of Global EHS).
• Drive global talent strategies in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and provide strategic counsel to leadership.
• Diagnose gaps between current and desired organizational performance and implement targeted actions in organizational effectiveness, design, talent management, succession, employee development, executive coaching, and employee relations.
• Provide hands-on strategic guidance for change management and people-related issues, including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and HR initiatives.
• Act as a cultural ambassador across APAC, EMEIA, and the Americas, navigating regional nuances and building cross-functional alignment within a matrixed organization.
