Systems Engineer

• Develop and implement Information Technology and management information systems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications
• Partner with the business system analysts, business users and technical teams, to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions
• Manage the change control process, gather end-user requirements, involve in developing, test, implement, support and maintaining IT solutions in Oracle EBS environment
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to elicit ideas and requirements, provide guidance and validate requirements for application changes

Mechanical Engineer

• Support the development of next generation technologies that enable new market applications
• Provide technical leadership to a team of mechanical engineers implementing innovative solutions to complex thermal, structural and packaging design challenges
• Work as part of a technical / scientific team responsible for the mechanical design, modeling, testing, and packaging of next-generation complex electro-mechanical components and integrated sub-systems

Engineer

• Provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support for released products; interface with cross functional groups to support production and resolve manufacturing and quality issues
• Set up and automate Manufacturing processes for existing and new product introductions, estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process improvements on new or existing product lines.
• Utilize Lean methodologies to refine manufacturing methods, processes, and use tools to improve and streamline production processes for new and existing products using Value Stream Mapping, 6S and Kaizen techniques
• Utilize Problem solving tools and statistical techniques in problem solving and driving corrective actions
• Create, update and maintain manufacturing process documentation in a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) environment to ensure all work/test instructions and forms are properly controlled and to the latest revision.
• Setup and verify BOMs and establish routings with associated labor standards for new part numbers.

• Respond to unscheduled equipment issues and perform Preventative Maintenance requirements
• Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions for validation and troubleshooting functions
• Assist in determining methods or actions to remedy equipment malfunctions and PM requirements
• Use manufacturing test, development or diagnostic equipment which may require some software skills

• Managing global transportation operations, carrier relationships, freight spend and mode optimization to ensure cost-effective and reliable movement of goods
• Focus on transportation strategy, carrier performance, freight procurement, and logistics network efficiency
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, parcel, LTL and couriers
• Oversee carrier sourcing, bid events and rate management
• Lead freight payment processes and freight audit programs to ensure billing accuracy and cost control
• Analyze transportation spend and identify cost-savings opportunities
