Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.
a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience RECRUITING and ACTIVATING multi-unit franchisee candidates (preferably franchisees whove signed up for 5 25 units)
3 to 5 years experience working in a restaurant franchise system, preferably driving rapid growth and across multiple U.S. markets
proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or FranConnect, preferably as the lead business user or power user
Active participation in franchising organizations and conferences: IFA, FLDC, MUFC, etc.
Proven track record of building and nurturing networks of potential franchisees
Expert understanding of franchising regulations and documentation
