Full-stack Engineer

• Build cloud-based, event driven software systems and with high availability, scalability, and resilience, as part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with in an Agile methodology environment.
• Work with data scientist team to build machine learning pipeline.
• Contribute to software across the development lifecycle including software design and architecture, code development, functional and performance testing, and documentation and design verification.
• Identify, champion and work to implement improvements in internal processes including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, optimizing software infrastructure for better scalability, maintainability, cost efficiency, etc.

Marketing

• Support patient-facing email marketing and in-app communications for Dexcom’s G-Series products.
• Build automated email journeys and personalized communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support the patient lifecycle.
• Ideate, plan, and manage new email and digital communications initiatives, collaborating closely with Creative, Product Marketing, and Salesforce IT teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize digital project tasks in Asana to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Drive global Talent Attraction branding by conceptualizing, developing, and managing brand awareness and recruitment marketing campaigns that increase candidate engagement, expand reach across priority markets, and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with global and regional strategies.
• Manage creative deliverables by overseeing the conceptualization, review, and approval of print, digital, video, and copywriting assets on a weekly and monthly basis, including ad hoc requests tied to quarterly campaign releases, ensuring all materials remain consistent with Dexcom’s brand standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Creative Studios, and Enterprise Communications, ensuring that the Talent Attraction team plays an integral role, whether actively driving initiatives or passively supporting efforts, in upholding the Masterbrand and maintaining consistency in messaging across all channels.
• Lead editorial and copywriting efforts by producing compelling content for social media, careers site, and offline channels such as posters, flyers, brochures, and advertising placements (including radio and newspaper), ensuring all messaging aligns with Dexcom’s tone of voice and brand standards.
• Ensure compliance by supporting the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process, maintaining reasonable turnaround times (TAT) and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency, guaranteeing that all messaging and placements remain compliant, effective, and legally approved.
• Optimize Talent Attraction platforms by identifying, coordinating, and evaluating both new and existing channels, such as job boards, partnerships, and events, assessing applicant-to-hire conversion rates and funnel performance to ensure platforms remain relevant and effective for the markets they support.
• Manage regional Talent Attraction budgets by overseeing monthly budget allocations and monitoring cost metrics such as CPA and CPH, while identifying cost-saving measures to ensure financial sustainability without compromising the delivery of high-impact campaigns and projects.
