About the role

  • Support design of complete learning experiences, including measurement frameworks connected to KPIs for measurable outcomes/ROI
  • Primary facilitator for new hire onboarding programs for sales leaders in US & Canada
  • Coordinate with sales training leadership and sales operations to determine metrics and assess success of training
  • Deliver training programs and support workflow management for design and development projects
  • Proactively communicate training program plans, timelines and incorporate best practices
  • Consult with matrix stakeholders across the commercial team to triage and assess functional training projects
  • Incorporate adult learning principles and innovative facilitation methods and technology to drive continuous improvement
  • Utilize Dexcom CONNECT selling model and leadership competencies to design coaching workshops and custom-coaching tools
  • Build and maintain trust and credibility with North America sales leadership and matrixed stakeholders

Requirements

  • >5 years life sciences training and/or coaching experience
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5-8 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Facilitation experience with audiences of all sizes
  • Proficient using learning management systems, virtual classroom platforms, and digital engagement tools
  • Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly adaptable; bilingual (French Canadian) is a plus
  • Thrive in complex and matrixed working environments and manage global partner expectations
  • Working knowledge of talent development, people management, KPI, analytics
  • Proven ability to drive change management initiatives and align learning programs with business objectives
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%
