About the role
- Support design of complete learning experiences, including measurement frameworks connected to KPIs for measurable outcomes/ROI
- Primary facilitator for new hire onboarding programs for sales leaders in US & Canada
- Coordinate with sales training leadership and sales operations to determine metrics and assess success of training
- Deliver training programs and support workflow management for design and development projects
- Proactively communicate training program plans, timelines and incorporate best practices
- Consult with matrix stakeholders across the commercial team to triage and assess functional training projects
- Incorporate adult learning principles and innovative facilitation methods and technology to drive continuous improvement
- Utilize Dexcom CONNECT selling model and leadership competencies to design coaching workshops and custom-coaching tools
- Build and maintain trust and credibility with North America sales leadership and matrixed stakeholders
Requirements
- >5 years life sciences training and/or coaching experience
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5-8 years of related experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Facilitation experience with audiences of all sizes
- Proficient using learning management systems, virtual classroom platforms, and digital engagement tools
- Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Highly adaptable; bilingual (French Canadian) is a plus
- Thrive in complex and matrixed working environments and manage global partner expectations
- Working knowledge of talent development, people management, KPI, analytics
- Proven ability to drive change management initiatives and align learning programs with business objectives
- Willingness to travel 25-50%
