About the role
- Manage Oracle EBS, Fusion, and Coupa systems supporting Manufacturing-Cost Accounting and Procurement.
- Lead implementation and maintenance of applications to streamline manufacturing and procurement operations.
- Integrate automation technologies to enhance productivity and reduce manual labor.
- Work closely with business partners in Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance Costing and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Manage projects related to manufacturing ERP operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
- Provide strong leadership to procurement, manufacturing and finance teams and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, suppliers, and management.
- Craft long-term strategies for ERP systems management and technology integration to ensure global product availability.
- Ensure audit readiness and manage internal/external audits.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree.
- 13+ years of industry experience.
- 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
- High experience typically, at least 7 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing and Procurement operations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and Coupa.
- Experience supporting Manufacturing-Cost Accounting, Direct Procurement and Indirect Procurement.
- Experience integrating Direct and Indirect Procurement Applications with ERP applications.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing.
- Experience managing internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Cross-functional collaboration and supply chain coordination experience.
- Project management experience related to logistics/ERP operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
- Very strong leadership skills and team management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 5-15%.
- Must live within commuting distance of assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
