About the role

  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for accounting integrations (ERP) product area.
  • Connect TravelPerk/Yokoy with globally operating ERP systems for seamless accounting, reimbursement and payment processing.
  • Use data and user feedback to uncover opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Define clear product strategies, success metrics, and plans to solve the right problems.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, Implementation, Sales Engineering, Account Managers and other functions to deliver value incrementally.
  • Create and maintain product documentation and training materials; act as the go-to expert.
  • Lead with servant-leadership: help the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.
  • Continuously learn and share insights to level up the product function and drive global growth and accounting automation.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years in a tech company (minimum requirement).
  • At least 5 years as a Product Manager.
  • Experience working on accounting integrations is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: experience in development, design, or business roles.
  • Working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central or Finance & Operations.
  • Strong UX sensibility and experience creating intuitive customer-facing products.
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders (finance, tax, compliance).
  • Ability to break down complex projects into smaller steps and deliver incremental value.
  • Cross-functional experience working with engineering, design, implementation, sales engineering, account managers, finance, and data.
