About the role

  • Serve as lead consultant on end-to-end implementations of NetSuite for Clients
  • Advocate for Clients during engagements and be proactive
  • Participate in discovery and requirements gathering workshops
  • Participate in process mapping/reengineering and future state process design
  • Advise clients on standard functionality and leading practices
  • Functional system configuration design, drafting requirements and design documents
  • Collaborate with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions
  • Manage scope, requirements, and budgets
  • Lead Configuration Workshops and Offline Configuration Activities
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT)
  • Lead End User Training (EUT) and enablement planning
  • Define data migration strategy and lead/complete data migration activities
  • Provide ongoing post go-live client support as needed
  • Participate in full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects across all phases
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs
  • Perform fit/gap analysis and execute system design
  • Collaborate with in-house development to implement custom solutions
  • Develop wireframes and schematic diagrams for requirements gathering
  • Participate in project management activities: status meetings, planning, work breakdown, change control
  • Support business development and scoping for new clients
  • Contribute to internal initiatives including go-to-market, knowledge management, and enablement
  • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills across areas as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 5+ full life cycle implementations
  • NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry specific experience
  • Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
  • Extensive familiarity with data migration plan and procedures and hands-on experience completing Go-Live cutover data loads
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff
