About the role
- Prospect new clients and commercial opportunities for Insight Trade projects, AMMA, the Vagas Automotivas platform, and Movenews.
- Present proposals and conduct consultative commercial negotiations with a focus on value and purpose.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing.
- Represent Insight institutionally at meetings and events in the automotive and communications sectors.
- Contribute to the sustainable growth of the Insight ecosystem by strengthening partnerships and expanding brand presence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial or new business roles, preferably in the advertising or corporate communications market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consultative, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
- Organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a team.
Benefits
- Commission: 5% on completed sales
- On-site on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in São Paulo, SP (Ipiranga).
- Other days remote.
