About the role

  • Prospect new clients and commercial opportunities for Insight Trade projects, AMMA, the Vagas Automotivas platform, and Movenews.
  • Present proposals and conduct consultative commercial negotiations with a focus on value and purpose.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing.
  • Represent Insight institutionally at meetings and events in the automotive and communications sectors.
  • Contribute to the sustainable growth of the Insight ecosystem by strengthening partnerships and expanding brand presence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial or new business roles, preferably in the advertising or corporate communications market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consultative, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
  • Organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a team.
Benefits
  • Commission: 5% on completed sales
  • On-site on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in São Paulo, SP (Ipiranga).
  • Other days remote.
