About the role
- Lead and manage the implementation and execution of Display/programmatic campaigns and strategies
- Act as day-to-day client contact to help achieve campaign goals
- Plan, build, manage, optimise and troubleshoot programmatic campaigns using market-leading DSPs
- Manipulate and analyse large data sets to produce insights against client KPIs
- Build relationships with key partners and create new activation opportunities
- Support, train and mentor Programmatic Account Executives and Account Managers
- Liaise with internal teams and support account leads/agency leadership with pitching, presentations, product development and award entries
- Own commercial practices including invoicing, spend delivery, investment and margin management to drive department profitability
Requirements
- Strong programmatic activation experience & ideally good experience across multiple programmatic channels
- Solid experience in DSPs and Programmatic technology (market-leading DSPs)
- Experience using industry standard ad serving/buying tools such as Amazon, DV360, Trade Desk, Meta, Amazon and Google Analytics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build, manage, optimise and troubleshoot varied Programmatic campaigns across the marketing funnel
- Comfortable manipulating large data sets to pull out meaningful insights for clients against their KPIs
- Exceptional knowledge of the market both locally and globally and the role that programmatic display plays within the digital ecosystem
- High degree of numeracy and literacy
- Detail orientated with first class analytical skills
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Experience supporting, training and mentoring Programmatic Account Executives/Managers
- Commercial experience including invoicing, spend delivery, investment and margin management
