About the role
- Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.
- Develop insights to inform our client's strategies.
- Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
- Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.
- Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.
- Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.
- Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.
- Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment
- Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
- Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360, Amazon, & The Trade Desk
- Experience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential
- Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents
- Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands
- Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing
- Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
