About the role

  • Support Cranial & Spine Technologies Leaders and Teams across Poland in day-to-day operations and commercial activities
  • Help ensure smooth business execution and cooperate with functions (Regulatory, Legal, Service, Marketing etc.) to excel the commercial performance
  • Assist in the analysis of complex market data for smooth strategy execution
  • Work closely with managers and employees on the implementation of strategy
  • Conduct research and evaluate data accuracy, proposing improvements to better measure performance
  • Support coordination and monitoring of commercial operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks
  • Contribute to project development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation efforts
  • Provide support to the Team by assisting Field Teams in achieving their goals

Requirements

  • Pursuing Master's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Biotechnology or Technical Science (you must be a student during the entire internship duration)
  • Fluent in Polish and English language, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Eager to learn & develop
  • Would be a plus: Interested in medical equipment and technology
  • Would be a plus: Interested in optimization and improvement work
  • Would be a plus: Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Available to start in November and commit to a 6 month internship
  • Working hours availability: 30 - 40 h/week with flexibility
