Serve as the primary liaison between the company, Dealerships, and Bodyshop partners.
Ensure delivery standards meet or exceed expectations and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support National Hail-driven programs and campaigns.
Manage service-level agreements related to National Hail programs.
Develop solutions for the repair/inspection process and procedures for customers.
Oversee all HAIL operations, including team management, estimate training, and performance optimization.
Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards in Hail repair processes.
Work closely with technicians and managers to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain standardized processes across all service locations.
Develop and manage budgets for HAIL service operations, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve service delivery, reduce turnaround times, and increase profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, such as advancements in HAIL techniques and repair protocols, to maintain a competitive edge.
Drive a culture of coaching through in field and on the job engagement and formalized training to support field.
Hire, develop and motivate operations leaders and technicians.
Maintain operations to meet Company provided guidelines regarding safety and compliance with Local, State, and Federal ordinances, including OHSA and EPA.
Lead cross-functional teams in achieving service excellence and revenue targets.
Manage a team of Business Development Executives to drive long-term business relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hail-impacted areas, including canvassing for leads and filing insurance claims.
Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote HAIL services to dealerships, insurance companies, Bodyshop’s, and direct customers.
Review work orders, negotiate approvals, and build relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Availability to respond to customer requests for services 24/7.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, Automotive Management, or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 2 years in HAIL services and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in using claims management software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, repair shops, and insurers.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
