• Create a positive and productive working environment consistent with Dent Wizard’s core values
• Communicate Dent Wizard’s vision and execute on company strategy
• Build and execute a District business strategy, focused on the Dealer/Rental business
• Deliver Dealer/Rental operating performance for the District at or above budget in terms of Revenue, EBITDA, etc.
• Hire, develop and motivate a team of high performing Operations leaders
• Ensure Company resources are deployed profitably by evaluating and recommending investment decisions
• Maintain operations to meet Company provided guidelines regarding safety and compliance
• Partner with Sales to lead Team Sell drive revenue
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and deliver five-star customer service
