• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers for completed services.

Accounts Receivable Customer Service Specialist

• Reporting to a District Manager, Area Manager is a front-line management position responsible for overseeing and leading DW operations within a defined geographic area.
• A M is responsible for fulfillment of services to customers and leading technicians.
• Lead and manage a team to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of resources, technicians, and capital.
• Expediently and professionally address all customer, operational, and performance concerns.
• Walk customer inventory to identify future workload requirements and QC repairs.
• Meet regularly with customers to discuss service levels, repair quality, cycle-time performance and other issues that drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure technicians possess the necessary skills, resources, equipment, and information to deliver high quality repairs and customer service.
• Communicate to keep team informed and up to date in critical information, expectations, company news, etc.
• On-board new employees, setting them up for success by educating them on role, expectations, processes, and policies.
• Closely support direct reports/managers optimizing production and day-to-day operations.
• Work with DM and/or DSM to develop and execute a revenue growth plan to sell additional services within existing customers.
• Partner with DM and DSM to sell new customers and maximize existing business opportunities.
• Build and solidify relationships with key customers and network to initiate relationships with prospective customers.
• Drive results using strategic selling skills and negotiation abilities that create a win-win for the customer and Dent Wizard.

Area Operations Manager

Business Development Executive, Automotive

• Launch New Sites (60%)
• Pre-Site Launch : Be on site at least two days before the site launch. Assist with identifying and clarifying roles on the launch team. Train and coach technicians.
• Repair wheel cosmetic damages (curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation and bent wheels) using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids.
• Troubleshoot to Sustain Service Excellence (20%)
• Improve Team’s Ability to Execute SOPs and Technology (30%)
• Serve as SME Technician for the Division (20%)
• Participate in weekly Division Project Team call updates.

Wheel Operations Specialist

• Conquest new business through focused selling activities

• Own and lead origination of DW strategic sales initiatives
• Contribute to and drive the Division’s sales strategy, plan and critical priorities

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with current customers (QBR)
• Develop and manage strong relationships with mid-sized customers within the Division
• Collaborate with Dealer Tire sales partners
• Drive existing customer growth and retention

Automotive Business Development Executive

• Drive and own the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-launch to full operational status.
• Plan and lead customer pre-launch due diligence, including site assessments, requirements gathering, and risk identification.
• Manage multiple service launches simultaneously, coordinating resources and timelines to meet customer and business objectives.
• Lead buildout planning and execution for new locations, leveraging external vendor partners as required.
• Identify root causes for technical customer service concerns and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve critical processes to enhance operational quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and best practices across sites.
• Drive leaders to optimize day-to-day operations, leveraging data and feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure we are meeting the Customer Promise cycle time consistently across the district.
• Provide technical training and support to technicians and front-line field leaders, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
• Lead supply chain initiatives for the division, collaborating with procurement and fleet teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
• Own all site and fleet-related audits, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Automotive Operations Support Manager

• Coordinate daily vehicle flow through the reconditioning process.
• Track and prioritize work‑in‑process to maximize efficiency.
• Execute new vehicle inspections and lead lot walks to identify work.
• Ensure services are delivered according to customer requirements and schedules.
• Perform quality checks throughout the service process.
• Participate in QBRs for designated customers.
• Transport vehicles to ensure proper flow in the shop.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy, collection, and timeliness.
• Consolidate work orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Support order‑to‑cash processes and issue escalation.
• Maintain accurate operational records.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer communication.
