Operations

• Responsible for logging and tracking all work flow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer
• Maintain the positioning and transportation of vehicles between the dealership and the shop
• Coordination of repair activities with dealership
• Manage all billing and invoicing
• Interact with dealer’s customers as required.
• Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
• Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including invoicing and daily call-in numbers.
• Handle all incoming requests by scheduling appointments between customer and the Technician who will be performing the work
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Inspect vehicles for damage, suggest needed repairs and provide estimates

• Lead and execute price increases
• Drive existing customer growth and retention
• Proactively identify opportunities and provide solutions
• Partner with District Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers
• Participate in operations huddles and management routines
• Participate in the Goal Setting & Review process

Automotive Business Development Executive

• Conquest new business opportunities in wheel remanufacturing regions and body shop networks.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to promote services to dealerships, body shops, insurance companies, and direct customers.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Execute pricing strategies for accounts ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 in partnership with District Operations Managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients to drive repeat business.
• Respond to customer service requests 24/7, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with customer expectations.
• Achieve targets for incremental revenue, new customer acquisition, and service expansion.
