Content Marketing Manager

• Write and curate thoughtful, engaging, performance-oriented content that can be disseminated efficiently to multiple channels such as our blog, social media, email newsletters, etc. These include whitepapers, case studies, as well as content for nurture cadences and outbound campaigns
• Manage and optimize multi-channel communications (email, social, paid, organic), ensuring content and campaigns are aligned with target accounts and pipeline objectives
• Implement and optimize the account-based-marketing strategy (with in collaboration with field marketing and sales) by creating targeted, data-driven campaigns for priority target segments
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns around product launches and regional initiatives, to different target groups
• Collaborate closely with marketing automation colleagues to track, monitor and adjust campaigns using metrics, and ensure strong reporting across tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and Webflow Track, analyze and report on key metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI
• Leverage web and BI analytics to measure campaign performance, user behavior and pipeline contribution to gain insights and turn them into actionable growth initiatives
