Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in post-sale customer success with owned GRR, NRR, and expansion ARR
  • Experience in designing and running AI-native post-sale motions
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with top-tier customers
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS playbooks and their evolution in post-sale roles
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
