About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee implementations and customer success initiatives in legal environments
- Directly engage with marquee customer relationships and provide value realization
- Develop training materials and change management playbooks
- Establish key performance metrics for customer success outcomes
- Shape team standards and expand CSM bench for growth
- Build and run Customer Advisory Board for strategic insights
- Create foundations for a repeatable post-sale system and methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in post-sale customer success with owned GRR, NRR, and expansion ARR
- Experience in designing and running AI-native post-sale motions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with top-tier customers
- Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS playbooks and their evolution in post-sale roles
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
