Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in post-sale customer success with owned GRR, NRR, and expansion ARR
Experience in designing and running AI-native post-sale motions
Ability to build and maintain relationships with top-tier customers
Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS playbooks and their evolution in post-sale roles
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
