About the role
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the Chief People Officer.
- Lead or support global HR projects.
- Drive policy harmonization across international locations.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and local HR teams.
- Oversee global HR systems cleanup and optimization.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable job architecture frameworks.
- Support annual compensation cycles.
- Document and streamline global HR workflows.
- Monitor global employment law changes and compliance efforts.
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Prior management or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of global and U.S. employment laws and compliance practices.
- Broad expertise across core HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and improve HR processes through strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively across legal, finance, and operational functions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential and sensitive information.
