Partnerships Manager

Implementation Specialist

• Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients.
• Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring that clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training.
• Create, maintain and manage project plans to deliver the successful roll-out of clients.
• Support project review calls (internal and external), coordinating and delivering on the project streams.
• Define and set-up the agreed client payroll processes, establishing all of the payroll and data requirements.

• Partner with the Global Training Manager to manage the logistics and execution of the global compliance training program
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including assigning courses, tracking completion rates, and generating management reports
• Maintain the global training calendar, coordinate session scheduling, send invites, and maintain accurate attendance records
• Gather and collate feedback on training sessions to support program enhancements

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee and develop all financial activities in the country, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting with improvements to period end closing a focus.
• Prepare and manage ledger entries, payroll, tax benefits, and contributions reports for regulatory bodies such as social security tax authorities, insurance, pension companies, and others.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including (Intercompany) banking, customers, vendors, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Accounts Receivable

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the AR team, including billing, client queries, cash collection and account reconciliation.
• Work closely with Operations and other internal departments to ensure billing correctness and minimising client queries.
• Liaising with customers via email and phone to resolve any issues and escalations.
• Review and approve customer invoices, credit memos, and adjustments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual terms and company policies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts, working closely with sales, customer service, and other internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
