• Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global GTM enablement programs including product knowledge, sales process soft skills, and productivity tool optimization.

Systems Engineer

• Manage Deel’s global IT infrastructure, focusing on high availability, scalability, and security of internal services.
• Administer and optimize core cloud platforms and identity providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta), ensuring secure and seamless access management.
• Implement and maintain Zero Trust architecture and advanced SAML/SSO integrations across all corporate applications.
• Manage corporate network connectivity and security, including VPNs, SD-WAN, and firewall configurations for global offices.
• Partner with the Security team to implement hardening standards, vulnerability patching, and compliance controls across the IT landscape.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues that impact core infrastructure or cross-platform integrations.

• Architect the Global Strategy: Build and execute the multi-year roadmap for Deel’s global partnership ecosystem, including Tech/ISV, Channel/SI, and Strategic Alliances.
• Scale the "Machine": Evolve our partnership function into a repeatable, data-driven revenue engine that contributes significantly to Deel’s ARR.

• Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s SOX internal control framework.
• Execute SOX-related activities, including control documentation, testing, and remediation efforts.
• Support SOX project planning by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure tasks progress as scheduled.
• Manage assigned SOX workstreams from initiation through completion, including follow-ups and documentation.

• Managing leave requests and processing administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs), such as applications, HR letters, and enrollments.
• Auditing, maintaining, and updating internal and external HR-related knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Providing support to EORs and clients for HR-related questions or concerns through all available communication channels.
