About the role
- Lead a team of Account Managers (Expansion AEs) to drive revenue, growth and maximize client lifetime value
- Hire, coach and lead a highly engaged, high-performing team of account managers
- Craft and deploy tailored strategy for expanding, upselling and renewing Deel’s solutions
- Develop and implement effective, repeatable processes and playbooks that drive revenue retention and expansion
- Partner closely with Customer Success to define rules of engagement and customer journey triggers
- Measure team success based on revenue expansion and retention and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue quota
- Develop, implement, and iterate on business strategies and operate as a business owner
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS Sales as Account Executive or Account management (Full cycle sales experience)
- 1+ years directly managing employees
- Experience building teams and designing customer journeys and playbooks
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent account management or sales teams
- Built clear and measurable KPIs for teams and delivered consistently against those KPIs
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships with Customer Success and Sales
- Thrives in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must be legally registered to work in their country of residence and disclose work authorization status
