About the role
- Provide comprehensive legal support across the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Advise on employment topics, commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and other legal issues to support strategic objectives
- Review and negotiate commercial and employment agreements
- Review and negotiate client and vendor agreements and support internal compliance efforts
- Handle and assist with a variety of other legal issues and projects as they arise
Requirements
- Masters in Law
- Strong knowledge of labor law, contract law, and regulatory compliance of Denmark or Norway
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to balance legal risks with business objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment (preferred)
- High ethical standards and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Authorization to work in the country of residence (per application form)
