General Counsel

• Report to a Senior Legal Counsel and provide legal support to global commercial, talent, marketing and advertising teams (excluding China)
• Negotiate, draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts relating to creative services, VIP and talent, partnerships, sponsorship, endorsements and IP licences
• Advise on marketing campaigns across all media, product packaging, brand and product collaboration and consumer law
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CAP/BCAP Codes and DMCCA matters
• Support day-to-day legal queries, identify legal risks and provide commercially sound advice
• Assist other legal and business areas on distribution, procurement and digital and technology (including AI)
• Support legal proceedings and work with outside counsel when required
• Develop and enhance legal procedures, policies and effective working processes with the business
• Review marketing collateral across all media and prepare and conduct legal training for staff
• Work in a fast-paced environment, office based Central London with hybrid working (office based for 3 days per week)
