About the role
- Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers
- Build and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upselling
- Research and qualify client requirements to seek new solutions and meet their needs
- Work closely with the SDR team; strategize and maintain an accurate healthy pipeline
- Ongoing communication and relationship building with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success and Senior Leadership
- Ensure CRM system is well maintained and updated
- Attend industry events in person to build relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech, Payroll ecosystem
Requirements
- Geographically based in the (specific region)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an AE with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech company
- Must have experience selling SaaS technologies
- Highly personable with great communication skills
- Ability to break down complicated matters and explain them simply
- Quick with numbers and obsessive over delivering a world-class service
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Legally registered to work in the country of residence (must confirm authorization to work)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
