About the role

  • Report to the Customer Success Senior Manager and serve as primary advocate for enterprise customers
  • Lead onboarding and training for new enterprise customers, including welcome calls and comprehensive training
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, providing training, resources, and guidance
  • Address and resolve enterprise customer issues via support channels and maintain data integrity
  • Maintain and update CRM data to measure and manage customer engagement and activity
  • Prepare and present business reviews highlighting usage, achievements, and opportunities
  • Manage annual renewal process and proactively identify opportunities for account growth; collaborate with sales as needed
  • Champion customer feedback internally and proactively gather product feedback to inform roadmap
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to troubleshoot problems and deliver solutions

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS client support or customer success
  • Experience with land data is a major plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/stakeholders
  • Excellent professional and personable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong active listener with a drive to solve customer problems and work collaboratively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Moderate technical aptitude to understand product functionality and troubleshoot issues
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
