Panax is a well-funded Series A Fintech startup (based in Tel Aviv and New York) building a next-generation cash flow management platform
Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound lead follow-up
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects and maintain CRM systems with accurate, timely information
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and company leadership to support campaign execution and provide feedback
Continuously expand product and market knowledge and meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (call/email volume, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
Report directly to the Head of Sales Development and contribute to outbound pipeline generation
Requirements
1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the tech/SaaS space
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
High level of organization and time-management capabilities
Hands-on experience with Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and AI-powered prospecting tools (strong plus)
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
