About the role

  • Panax is a well-funded Series A Fintech startup (based in Tel Aviv and New York) building a next-generation cash flow management platform
  • Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects and maintain CRM systems with accurate, timely information
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and company leadership to support campaign execution and provide feedback
  • Continuously expand product and market knowledge and meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (call/email volume, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales Development and contribute to outbound pipeline generation

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the tech/SaaS space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • High level of organization and time-management capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and AI-powered prospecting tools (strong plus)
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
