Accounting Manager

• Own end-to-end accounting delivery for US SMB customers (monthly close, reconciliations, reporting)
• Build and improve scalable delivery infrastructure (SOPs, checklists, QA, SLAs)
• Lead and manage a team of freelance bookkeepers (workflow, reviews, quality, coaching)
• Partner with Product & Engineering to translate accounting workflows into product requirements and automation
• Ensure outputs are accurate, compliant, and customer-ready
• Serve as the go-to domain expert for real-world SMB accounting edge cases
