About the role

  • Arketa: operating system for modern fitness and wellness, enabling studios to manage schedules, bookings, payments, on-demand video, retreats, and marketing
  • Build and lead a high-performing SDR team to meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets and provide accurate forecasts
  • Uphold opportunity quality and collaborate with Account Executives to achieve growth goals
  • Partner with Enablement to train SDRs on identifying, reaching, and converting qualified leads
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback via weekly 1:1s, insights, and real-time support
  • Work with Demand Gen and Marketing to optimize lead quality, campaign performance, and messaging
  • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
  • Refine opportunity management and qualification processes with Sales and SDR leaders
  • Conduct monthly business reviews to identify improvements and action plans based on performance metrics

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience managing or mentoring SDR/BDR teams (startup or SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets and driving team success
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills; ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales motions, prospecting tools, and CRM (HubSpot + Ashby)
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable digging into metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving environment
  • Passion for wellness and/or fitness is a plus
