About the role
- Arketa: operating system for modern fitness and wellness, enabling studios to manage schedules, bookings, payments, on-demand video, retreats, and marketing
- Build and lead a high-performing SDR team to meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets and provide accurate forecasts
- Uphold opportunity quality and collaborate with Account Executives to achieve growth goals
- Partner with Enablement to train SDRs on identifying, reaching, and converting qualified leads
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback via weekly 1:1s, insights, and real-time support
- Work with Demand Gen and Marketing to optimize lead quality, campaign performance, and messaging
- Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
- Refine opportunity management and qualification processes with Sales and SDR leaders
- Conduct monthly business reviews to identify improvements and action plans based on performance metrics
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience managing or mentoring SDR/BDR teams (startup or SaaS experience preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets and driving team success
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills; ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong understanding of outbound sales motions, prospecting tools, and CRM (HubSpot + Ashby)
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable digging into metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving environment
- Passion for wellness and/or fitness is a plus
