Recruiting Lead – Technical, GTM

Brand Manager

• Own Arketa’s brand positioning, story, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
• Develop and evolve a clear narrative that differentiates Arketa in the wellness and creator economy.
• Create messaging frameworks that enable consistent storytelling across teams and platforms.
• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated brand campaigns (digital, paid, social, video, events, partnerships).
• Partner with internal teams and creative vendors to produce world-class content—from brand videos to landing pages to social.

Director, Brand Marketing

Performance Marketing

• Own Arketa’s event strategy end-to-end, including webinars, partner events, workshops, industry conferences, customer events, and virtual experiences.
• Build quarterly event calendars aligned to pipeline goals, product launches, and persona needs.
• Manage all logistics, promotion, content development, follow-up, and ROI analysis for events.
• Evaluate and manage event sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and booth strategy for relevant trade shows.
• Develop integrated campaigns across email, paid media, content marketing, and events that drive MQL/SQL volume and revenue impact.
• Own and optimize the funnel from lead acquisition to meeting creation, partnering with RevOps and Sales.

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Arketa’s payments, billing, and financial infrastructure.
• Build and optimize financial tools including payouts, reconciliation, invoicing, refunds, dispute management, and subscription billing.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data to ship high-impact features that improve speed, reliability, and trust in our fintech systems.

• Referral program innovation - Revamp and optimize our referral program to turn our happiest customers into our best advocates, designing incentives and experiences that drive organic growth
• SMS program development - Build and launch our SMS marketing program from the ground up, creating timely, relevant touchpoints that complement our email strategy
• Customer journey optimization - Own the end-to-end customer journey for assigned audience segments, mapping touchpoints and optimizing experiences across channels to maximize engagement and retention

Sales Development Rep

• Connect with interested prospects: Reach out to leads from trials, events, content downloads, and marketing campaigns via phone, email, and SMS
• Qualify and prioritize leads: Understand each prospect's business needs, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their fit with Arketa
• Schedule high-quality demos: Set up meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs with complete context
