About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple searches, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed at every step
- Drive a fast, high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer
- Source top-of-funnel talent and help build healthy pipelines under the guidance of the Recruiting Lead
- Keep our ATS clean and accurate, and help maintain clear, reliable reporting
- Re-engage strong talent from past searches and our applicant pool to build a warm, ongoing candidate community
- Partner with the Recruiting Lead to learn how we run intakes, interview for culture, and raise the bar consistently
- Support hiring classes so GTM and support teams can grow on schedule
- Grow into owning full-cycle searches as you build confidence and trust
- Bring curiosity and a process-improvement mindset, looking for ways to make hiring faster, fairer, and more efficient
- Champion an interview process that optimizes for a great experience for Arketa and candidates regardless of the outcome
Requirements
What you’ll need- A new graduate, OR up to one year of sales, operations, customer support
- Genuinely excited about a career in recruiting and eager to learn the craft end-to-end
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle many moving pieces without dropping the ball
- A strong, warm communicator who represents Arketa well to candidates and hiring managers
- Coachable and self-aware; you welcome feedback and act on it quickly
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace; you take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Able to thrive in a remote setting
- An over communicator: Receipts are found in slack, notion or other shared channels.
- Bonus: Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or as a recruiting coordinator (agency or in-house)
- Bonus: Exposure to full-cycle or high-volume GTM recruiting (SDRs, AEs, support, or similar customer-facing roles)
- Bonus: AI enthusiast: you've used Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for more than a "search," building frameworks and automations between tools
- Bonus: Interest in candidate experience programs, surveys, or recruiting operations
- Bonus: Curiosity about agentic automation, CRM re-engagement, or other ways to work smarter
- Bonus: Experience at or interest in a Seed, Series A, or B startup
