Become a Deel product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners.
Stay informed about the competitive landscape and position Deel effectively in every deal.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales development, and solutions teams to influence product development.
Meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating, ensuring the relationship starts strong and scales efficiently.
Requirements
You have 4+ years of experience in any form of partnership role.
You have a strong understanding of the venture capital landscape and are well-connected.
You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills.
You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners.
You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
