About the role
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored specifically to enterprise clients, focusing on Fortune 500 and large-scale businesses.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer success to align on strategies that exceed client expectations.
- Serve as a key driver in Lightrun’s accelerated growth within the US market, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business objectives and providing solutions that deliver tangible value.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- 5+ years of successful SaaS or software enterprise sales experience, ideally with Developer Tools, Cloud Solutions, or related technologies.
- Proven track record consistently exceeding quotas, with experience closing 6-7 figure deals within enterprise environments (Fortune 500 experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented professional.
- Ability to build and manage a healthy pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities within assigned accounts.
