About the role
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with dealers and resellers
- Drive consultative sales of the EGYM portfolio in North America
- Own territory development: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
- Act as a trusted advisor by presenting innovative solutions
- Help dealers generate new business opportunities, close contracts, and expand relationships
- Stay informed about trends in the vertical markets, wellness, and technology
- Partner with Marketing and Events teams to identify and support sales opportunities
- Help train dealer sales reps
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in fitness industry, dealer management and solution sales is highly valued
- Proven success in solution-based selling
- Demonstrated track record of building new markets and achieving growth targets
- Ability to access and effectively engage Dealer Owners, Sales Staff and Operations staff
- Strong skills in vision casting, solution alignment, and creative problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, prioritization, and presentation skills
- High-energy, self-starter with a results-driven mindset
