About the role

  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with dealers and resellers
  • Drive consultative sales of the EGYM portfolio in North America
  • Own territory development: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
  • Act as a trusted advisor by presenting innovative solutions
  • Help dealers generate new business opportunities, close contracts, and expand relationships
  • Stay informed about trends in the vertical markets, wellness, and technology
  • Partner with Marketing and Events teams to identify and support sales opportunities
  • Help train dealer sales reps

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in fitness industry, dealer management and solution sales is highly valued
  • Proven success in solution-based selling
  • Demonstrated track record of building new markets and achieving growth targets
  • Ability to access and effectively engage Dealer Owners, Sales Staff and Operations staff
  • Strong skills in vision casting, solution alignment, and creative problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, prioritization, and presentation skills
  • High-energy, self-starter with a results-driven mindset
