About the role

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business growth, market leadership, and customer value, ensuring alignment with company and business unit objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Product Management, Product Experts, and Product Marketing, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven culture.
  • Own the business unit’s performance, accountable for bookings, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure success.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, architecture, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product development, robust cloud-based solutions, and effective go-to-market execution.
  • Engage with customers and market stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities for differentiation and scalability, and to drive adoption of the company’s solutions.
  • Represent the product organization at the executive level, clearly communicating vision, priorities, and progress while ensuring alignment of product and sales strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Lead and drive forward the ongoing transformation into a product portfolio organization, while shifting into a generic market and customer driven product approach.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams (Product Management, Product Experts/Presales, and Product Marketing).
  • Proven success in managing complex product portfolios and platform solutions, with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, backend systems, and ideally telecommunications/RF domains.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business growth and financial targets while driving innovation, scalability, and customer value.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a passion for mentoring, motivating, and developing diverse, high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across matrixed organizations and at executive levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple high-impact initiatives and aligning them with business objectives.
