Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and ensure customer-facing materials reflect the product’s value proposition
Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and strong market impact
Develop sales tools, training materials, and content to empower the sales team; conduct training sessions and webinars
Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to utilize customer insights to refine strategies and drive customer advocacy
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product marketing initiatives and report on performance
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars; contribute to thought leadership content
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries is highly desirable
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
Experience with product management and product lifecycle management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
