Develop and implement a comprehensive Program strategy with specific campaigns targeting focus markets and target audiences (Strategy & Planning, 25-30%)
Develop scalable programs that build brand awareness and establish thought leadership in existing and new markets (Campaigns & Programs, 50%)
Produce campaigns that resonate with target audiences and foster engagement across various channels
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and sales targets
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategy and improve engagement and conversion rates (Performance Analysis, 20-25%)
Own and deliver go-to-market programs (including campaign-in-a-box) supporting sales in new go-to-market initiatives
Run top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to position the brand and gain competitive advantage
Translate product roadmap features and releases into campaign, launch plans and customer-facing narratives
Run pipeline-building and demand-generating campaigns for net new and existing customers across the funnel
Maintain ongoing nurture programs to build and foster customer relationships
Ensure campaigns are scalable across social media, paid digital media platforms, and drive traffic to the company website
Requirements
10+ years of experience in global B2B Marketing running multichannel campaigns
Extensive experience marketing solutions for SaaS vendors or global systems integrators, and direct-to-enterprise customers
Proven track-record of creating and driving scalable go-to-market programs, top-of-funnel awareness campaigns, and mid-funnel demand generation campaigns
Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and other digital marketing tools
Team player, fluent in English, with strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic (Agile) environments and adapt quickly
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
Strong interest in and understanding of infrastructure, cloud, or networking across industries such as Gaming, Media & Streaming
Onsite/hybrid: able to work at least 3 days per week in the Rotterdam office
Dutch is helpful but not required
