About the role
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operational workflows, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy and speed
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with product, engineering and other teams to streamline tools and processes
- Expand and improve self-service options for customers to reduce manual support dependency
- Ensure adherence to operational controls, internal policies, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Contribute to fraud prevention and regulatory alignment efforts by maintaining operational standards
- Monitor operational performance metrics, identify risks or process gaps, and escalate with recommendations
- Drive customer-focused process improvements to improve turnaround times, resolution quality, and escalations
- Implement feedback loops with customers and internal teams to inform continuous improvement
- Coordinate operational readiness for new product or market launches and support go-to-market initiatives
- Execute high-priority operational projects and strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders
- Manage day-to-day workflows and mentor operational teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Background in Tech, FinTech, consulting, banking, or a high-growth start-up preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor small to mid-sized operational teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights (SQL familiarity is a plus)
- KPI-driven with proven experience tracking, analyzing, and improving performance metrics
- Exposure to process automation, operational tooling, and workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management practices, and compliance procedures
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application form requirement)
