About the role
- Build a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for the area of responsibility (Equity & Extras)
- Work cross-functionally to collect and address diverse needs of different product lines
- Leverage core PM skills across the entire product development lifecycle to drive progress
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product experts to execute vision and deliver results
- Balance core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first environment
- Help scale high-growth business redefining access to work globally; manage equity offering and add-on products (work spaces, consulting, health insurance)
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups
- A background in equity-related product lines preferred but not required
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision
- Strong operational & negotiation skills to drive seamless stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles
- Location: EMEA
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application form asks for confirmation)
