- Our solutions enable more efficient clinical research, more effective healthcare delivery, and more accurate precision and predictive medicine.
- Lead the Product Management team to create and driver a user experience vision for all Medable products
- Define key performance metrics and ensure cross-team alignment.
- Develop, define, and oversee the product’s roadmap and manage it as required for the purpose of meeting deliverables for the business.
- Provide direction to the design, product and research teams from conceptual work through execution.
- Help us scale rapidly by reinforcing a design-driven culture that leverages the best product, technology, and innovative talent.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in full product lifecycle management or a combination of education and experience in this field
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience setting UX vision and innovation
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to execute against, and optimize across, a portfolio of products, projects, and teams simultaneously
- Experience working for early-stage and late stage startups preferred
- Operational excellence in running high-performing teams
- Understanding of key business metrics, data and how it relates to design
- Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills and strong organizational agility
- Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Prototyping/wire-framing tools, G-Suite/MS Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree computer science, computer engineering, business or a related field MBA preferred
