About the role
- Product Manager for GridOS Network Model Management solution/apps as a part of the broader Network Model Lifecycle Management capabilities within the GridOS product portfolio.
- Accountable for all aspects of network model management applications for the GridOS Orchestration Software Platform and to drive realization of the GridOS Model Management vision.
- Leverages deep process/domain expertise and partners with product owner and technical development team.
- Influences key stakeholders in product design and planning decisions.
- Drives the development of products that are targeted at a (usually) very technical audience.
- Combines the customer vision with technical feasibility to convert business needs into functional specifications/user stories.
- Works with customers/stakeholders to prioritize needs.
- Creates the strategic roadmap for the product.
- Coordinates work of several parallel teams to deliver on higher level outcomes.
- Responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns.
- Focuses on execution for the duration of a product release.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues, safety requirements, operations and field worker processes related to T&D operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights and identify trends and patterns that impact business operations.
- Experience in managing development initiatives and programs related to network model data management applications, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience in working with engineering development teams, providing requirements critical to building world class network model management applications and workflows.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is essential.
