Project Manager

• Consistently lead multiple high-complexity or high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution, alignment with client goals, adherence to regulatory requirements and company OKRs.
• Develop and oversee advanced project plans, dynamically adapting to evolving client needs and trial requirements without compromising quality or momentum.
• Manages project scope, timelines and financial oversight, including submitting and approving timecards (as applicable) and ensuring the project remains within budget.
• Implement robust project-level change management practices, proactively evaluating and integrating complex change requests across diverse project portfolios.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships by providing expert guidance on best practices, addressing escalations, and aligning project outcomes with client objectives.
• Mentor and guide project teams, driving adherence to best practices, navigating complexities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, clinical experts) and senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive collaboration and alignment on delivering highly complex solutions.
• Identify and mitigate systemic risks, anticipating organizational challenges and developing strategic responses to ensure project success.
• Manage project lifecycles from kick-off through go-live, collaborating with solution design teams to ensure client requirements are translated into functional and scalable software solutions aligned with trial protocols and study contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for updates, issue resolution, and proactive risk mitigation to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and resource allocation.

• Lead the Product Management team to create and driver a user experience vision for all Medable products
• Define key performance metrics and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Develop, define, and oversee the product’s roadmap and manage it as required for the purpose of meeting deliverables for the business.
• Provide direction to the design, product and research teams from conceptual work through execution.
• Help us scale rapidly by reinforcing a design-driven culture that leverages the best product, technology, and innovative talent.

Director, Product Management

Data Scientist

• Identify opportunities to build data science solutions that address complex business problems
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Data Services tools
• Support and lead the creation of relevant dummy data to test algorithms based on clinical study protocols and client needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement data standardization across our products
• Communicate key insights and findings
• Lead/Collaborate on deep-dives to identify root causes of data issues in systems owned by Data Services/Other Departments
• Represent Data Science/Data Services at internal and external meetings with no oversight from Data Services leadership
• Mentor junior team members to drive development of the Data Services team to always produce High Quality Data Services deliverables

Senior Project Manager, Data Science

• Develop and integrate algorithms for data transfers, compliance reports and other analyses that are useful for measuring the performance and/or delivering a successful clinical trial
• Present information in a statistically valid and impactful way using data visualization techniques and tools such as R Shiny, Looker and SpotFire
• Represent the Data Science team in internal and external meetings to discuss data transfer and report requirements
• Support Data Science process improvement activities under the guidance of the Senior Data Scientists

Technical Program Manager

• Lead and support cross-functional programs and initiatives using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile techniques, while tracking progress against key milestones
• Participate in release management processes, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases
• Leading hotfix coordination and communication
• Acting as the point person for triage and priority assessment
• Tracking and reporting on release status
• Supporting local time-zone handoff and communication for 24-hour coverage
• Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks, using risk management techniques, and proactively addressing issues as needed to ensure successful project execution
• Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting process optimization and efficiency gains, and assisting in leveraging AI for automation and collaboration
• Support in understanding the product development lifecycle and help in establishing best practices for the product team
• Assist in implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring products meet defined standards and specifications
• Support in implementing and managing the OKR process across teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
