Consistently lead multiple high-complexity or high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution, alignment with client goals, adherence to regulatory requirements and company OKRs.
Develop and oversee advanced project plans, dynamically adapting to evolving client needs and trial requirements without compromising quality or momentum.
Manages project scope, timelines and financial oversight, including submitting and approving timecards (as applicable) and ensuring the project remains within budget.
Implement robust project-level change management practices, proactively evaluating and integrating complex change requests across diverse project portfolios.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships by providing expert guidance on best practices, addressing escalations, and aligning project outcomes with client objectives.
Mentor and guide project teams, driving adherence to best practices, navigating complexities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, clinical experts) and senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive collaboration and alignment on delivering highly complex solutions.
Identify and mitigate systemic risks, anticipating organizational challenges and developing strategic responses to ensure project success.
Manage project lifecycles from kick-off through go-live, collaborating with solution design teams to ensure client requirements are translated into functional and scalable software solutions aligned with trial protocols and study contracts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for updates, issue resolution, and proactive risk mitigation to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and resource allocation.

Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of experience or a combination of education and experience managing high-impact software implementation projects, with a proven ability to navigate enterprise-level complexity.
Demonstrated expertise in guiding large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects across the clinical research or healthcare domains.
Track record of driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that address unique client and industry challenges.
Advanced understanding of eCOA, ePRO, EDC and DCT with demonstrated success in high-stakes implementation projects.
In-depth expertise in clinical trial data management, regulatory compliance, and global study environments.
Exceptional Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams through highly complex projects with competing demands.
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to prioritize long-term organizational goals while managing immediate project needs.
Advanced Problem Solving: Mastery in navigating and resolving complex technical and operational challenges.
Technological Fluency: Proficiency with project management, tracking, and collaboration tools, including JIRA, Smartsheets, and Google Workspace.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and advanced training in change management frameworks.
Availability for domestic and international travel as required to meet client and project demands.
