About the role
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy for the DACH region including planning, execution, and performance analysis
- Develop go-to-market marketing strategy, messaging and positioning focused on maximising pipeline and conversion
- Create and execute market-focused demand and field marketing programs with local sales, central marketing, and digital teams
- Own content and integrated campaign strategy and execution working with agencies, influencers, and partners
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives to ensure pipeline growth and stakeholder alignment
- Develop and report on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and activate lead acceleration plans
- Conduct in-depth customer and market research to inform targeting and strategy
- Tailor global GTM strategies for regional differences across DACH and manage budget and ROI
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in regional/growth marketing positions, with the majority focused on the DACH market
- Proven success in developing demand generation strategies and uncovering new marketing channels for growth in the DACH region
- Intrinsic knowledge of the DACH market and experience finding target audiences through market-specific channels and partners
- Creative, self-driven, strategic marketer with a hacker’s mentality
- Strong analytical skills with a history of measuring and enhancing marketing channel performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across multiple teams and engage executives and senior leaders
- Written and verbal fluency in English and German (native-level)
