About the role

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy for DACH region from planning and execution to performance analysis
  • Develop go-to-market marketing strategy, including messaging and positioning focused on maximising pipeline and conversion
  • Craft and deploy demand generation initiatives to grow brand presence, attract early adopters, and convert customers
  • Work closely with local sales, central marketing, and digital marketing teams to create and execute market-focused demand and field marketing programs
  • Own content and integrated campaign strategy and execution, collaborating with agencies, influencers and partners
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives ensuring pipeline growth and alignment across teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and report on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and activate lead acceleration plans
  • Conduct in-depth customer and market research to inform targeting, personas, and strategic decisions
  • Identify and tailor regional differences across DACH for global GTM; tailor marketing strategies with a market lens
  • Track ROI and budget, influencing allocation of marketing spend based on performance insights
  • Contribute to broader team initiatives and communicate strategies and timelines across teams

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in regional/growth marketing positions, with the majority focused on the DACH market
  • Proven success in developing demand generation strategies and uncovering new marketing channels for growth in the DACH region
  • Proven track record of developing segment-specific strategies and executing local campaigns
  • Know the DACH market intrinsically with experience finding target audiences through market-specific channels and partners
  • Innovative, hacker’s mentality with a relentless drive to find innovative ways to achieve goals
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of measuring and enhancing marketing channel performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders on a global scale
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage directly with executives and senior leaders
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and German (native-level) is required
  • Self-driven, creative, and strategic marketer who can plan, execute, and analyze regional marketing initiatives
